At getAir®, we don’t really like to refer to ourselves as “horses”, even when it comes to work. You won’t find any colleague here with a rigidly structured work schedule or mandated working hours. On the contrary, you’ll mostly see people having a good time together or focusing very hard on their work. When you give time to the company, you should also take time for yourself. Everyone finds their own balance between their work and private life or gets help from the HR department with this. A good work/life balance is very important at getAir®.

We strive for excellence in our daily work and projects. We don’t mind seeing “_final_final_final”. The more important the task, the greater the level of perfection. Essentially, we follow the 90/10 model to avoid unnecessarily putting the brakes on our progress. However, 100% is quite good enough for some activities and projects. Not everything has to be done quickly. What matters is the result.

A queen bee cannot act without her colony, and so it is with us. We value the hard-working employees who keep our business going, day in and day out, even for the seemingly less significant tasks. It is not the size of the undertaking that matters to us, but how it is handled. Many small tasks performed with excellence have more value to us than large projects executed moderately well.
